A plane was flying around the town of Ryugasaki at 700 feet, making a lot of noise and causing anxiety. The land up to 300 meters is private property, yet they were flying the plane over someone else's land unnecessarily! This is malicious. I will report this to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. It's a nuisance from Mitaka to Ryugasaki.
