This company and their employees are true heroes. They came to our rescue after being stuck in a foreign hospital for four days. It seems that the employees at Latitude truly care about a person’s well being. We felt so comforted by their urgency to get us home in the safest most efficient way possible. Thank you for being heroes and we will never forget your incredible dedication to your patients.

Latitude was amazing from start to finish. The team was super helpful at every step of the way and clearly communicated timelines and expectations. We needed a medical evac plane for a friend to be transported from Dominican Republic to NY, and they were extremely accommodating and efficient. Latitude made the whole transportation seamless and worry free from the hospital in DR to the hospital in NY. If ever need of assistance Latitude is the only one I am recommending since they helped us in a time of need. Shout out to whole team and medical staff on board for taking extra good care of our friend!!

I would like to say thank you from my family to the team at Latitude. You guys are the best in air ambulance in the word. They transported my grandmother who had a stroke/pneumonia and septic shock from Haiti to Laval Canada on 7/26/24. The team who transported her were so caring, and professional. We hired the team at Latitude to fly our grandmother back from Canada to the States. The team at Latitude were very professional and answered all our questions promptly. The booking process was quick and simple, and the medical staff on the flight were very kind. Overall, the service provided made the experience comfortable and easy for us.
