Why do you fly at 4 in the morning, waking up an entire neighbourhood on take off. Please fly within normal operating hours of the airport.

LIFE LINE IS A SCAM I chartered a jet here. 3 days before they moved our departure time, a day after that they fully cancelled our flight saying the plane was broken and needed service. I later found out through another broker that the plane they had chartered to me had been in the shop for over a month...there was never a plane. They left me stranded and I ended up paying double for another jet get my family out of there last minute.

Extremely bad service and they switched us from a nice cj3 to a cj2 last minute...that looked like it has never been updated. Disappointed to say the least

I am going to stand behind the other poor review that was written about this company. This was the most unpleasant experience that I've had in dealing with a private aviation company. Nothing about this recent trip or the events and communication leading up this trip met the standards that I deem necessary for a luxury travel business. There was no attempt to accommodate passengers arriving from 10 hour flights who had to further wait for a delayed chartered aircraft. Communication was very slow, and hours, sometimes days went by before receiving responses to pertinent questions. If you, like most of us, hold private travel to a higher standard...do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you need to get around the beautiful islands of Greece.

An embarrassment to the private aviation industry. If you get a chance to work with this company, no matter what the circumstances are... RUN. These people are the most rude, unprofessional, most unorganized group of people pretending to run a company I’ve ever experienced. Chartered a jet from Athens to Mykonos Then Santorini back to Athens. They were 1 hour late picking us up from the airport (mind you, their rep DESPINA (don’t forget the name) wanted to know even after having my flight information prior, after being an hour late had the audacity to ask me if I was in arrivals or departures LOL? decided to instead of listening to us and booking the jet for 3pm local time, decided to book us 3 hours later for no reason other than “I thought you meant 3pm UTC.. not local time” then we had the jet delayed another 2 hours, when we asked about any of this she was the most rude person I’ve ever spoken too (especially in the private aviation industry you expect to be treated with a certain level of respect... nope doesn’t exist with this company. ) They change my jet from a beautiful cj3 to a bottom of the barrel Cj2 that was older than me and falling apart - I had to go through all of this while dealing with incompetent Despina (who should NEVER be allowed to work in the aviation industry again). Save yourself the headache and go with a competent company that will treat you with respect. @bunt on IG.
