I've never had so many problems with a flight or an airline before (which is saying something, given the current situation). Flight cancelled, no information from the airline, double-charged baggage fees, no refund or effort to find a solution – in the end, I just ended up losing money as a customer and I'm glad I only had to use this airline once.
