Our first private jet flight was a revelation for us, especially given the stress of the impending lockdown and the uncertainty surrounding the potential closure of Spanish airspace. The kindness and exceptional helpfulness of Mr. Vincent Belva, Sales Representative at Luxaviation, impressed us greatly, and he became, in a way, the friendly face of the company... which we later learned holds the "Supplier to the Court" designation. Considering our extremely pleasant experience from the first moment of contact with Mr. Belva until the very last, when we took photos in front of the Cessna Citation XLS with the two smiling pilots, the awarding of this designation is not at all surprising and is richly deserved! Our friends who had accompanied us, as well as a couple of their friends who followed our example two days later and also boarded one of their jets for a quick and safe return home in the best possible conditions, still talk about their wonderful experience, which always brings a sparkle to their eyes. We wish this airline, which is truly a model of excellence, continued success and hope it will make many other passengers as happy as we were!
