Fantastic experience with Mack Air during a recent trip to Botswana, i would highly recommend them to anyone considering using their services for a flight. Me and my wife aren’t the most settled fliers but from pre departure through to landing we felt secure and in good hands. The Cessna Caravan’s they have in service are clearly well maintained and looked after. Also want to give credit to the post flight team who helped us where we needed to go next after our flight. Keep up the good work. Worldwide airlines could learn a thing or two from Mack Air.

I have to give Mack Air full marks for outstanding service during my many hops around Botswana. From meeting me off my plane from Cape Town to returning me in time for my return. The organization was amazing. Prompt and efficient transfers. Friendly and very capable pilots. Thank you to all of you for making my safari the best!

Good little airline. We booked the flight over the Okavango Delta online. Everything went wonderfully. The whole Mack Air team was very friendly and reliable. The flight is highly recommended.

We booked a scenic flight via email. Everything was very professional and straight forward. The staff was welcoming and helpful and our pilot very experience. As there were no other guests booked on the flight it was basically a private charter. We dreamed about seeing the delta from above since a long time and enjoyed every moment. Thanks a lot.
