Major Blue Air.

We booked a flight with Major Blue Air for two people. When we arrived the Next Day, there was also a larger group, but we had a Small Cessna C172 for the two of us. I was angry about the payment because there was a 3.5% credit card fee that no one told us about beforehand, and we had to pay in Pula, which made it even more expensive. The trip was $200 per person, and we could have paid in cash if we had known in advance. I was also confused about the exchange rate they offer. The price was $200 US or 200€ cash, which made no sense since the exchange rate is about 1$ to 0.87€. The flight was great, even a little bit longer than expected. We saw a lot of animals.

After changing the flight timings numerous times, four of us turned up and paid the price we’d been quoted by the company by credit card. Upon checking the payment we discovered we’d been charged an additional 3.5%. We were told this was a credit card charge. This was never made clear at the time of booking or at the time of paying. If we had known, we’d have paid in cash, as 3.5% for four people amounts to over £28.00. Mr Thaberg - the COO agreed to refund us if we supplied our bank details - however we have sent numerous emails, we physically called back into the office and today spoke to him on the phone. He is now refusing to refund us. This is dishonourable and dishonest. We recommend that you don’t deal with this company.

We were fortunate enough to fly with Sergio in the Cessna 172. The rest of our group shared a larger plane. Sergio was amazing and is a big plus for this company as he was the perfect pilot and guide. Very personable too. An asset for any company. There were a few issues with the company and its processes and procedures. They said we couldn't pay by card as their machine wasn't working (the wifi was though) and could only take cash. And that anyone that couldn't pay cash, would have to go to the ATM after the flight to get the money out. After the flight the machine was working. We think this was a ploy to get paid in cash as much as possible. Apart from that it was perfect and would highly recommend.

great flight over the delta. unlike Mack and heli horizons, these folks were receptive/helpful to a solo traveller and able to pair me up with others for a scenic flight. Well maintained Cessnas and card payment worked fine, 10/10

We came here for a flight over Okavango Delta. Price was good, we did a last minute booking. Unfortunately its rainy season and they don't have many pilots so when we came in the morning it turned out that our pilot landed in hospital. The management immediately did everything so that we can rebook our flight for another date, they let us split on 2 planes without extra charges (we were 2 groups with different plans the following days), we could just drop in and tell them that today we have time which we did and they found us a pilot within 1 hour. The flight was professional, planes were like new, we really enjoyed
