Last week was my first time flying with Makers and it was great! Booking was super easy, staff was helpful when I had questions about my extra luggage and so sweet with my daughter...she tells everyone about her flight with Makers and that they gave her water and a coloring book and a pilot badge! Special shoutout to pilot Gabriel who helped de-escalate a ridiculous situation between me and another passenger (even after she threatened to try to get him fired) who didn't want to let me sit next to my three year old daughter!

Visit to Bahamas was great. Mike and Ben were our pilots. They were very kind and did a great job keeping us safe and comfortable. I recommended 10 out 10

I've flown with Makers Air once a year for the last 3 years and the flights are always smooth and on time. The waiting lobby is clean and relaxing; unlike any other airport I've been to! The pilots are friendly and the views from the plane are gorgeous! Vacation shouldn't just start when you reach your final destination. It starts as soon as you step foot into the Makers Air lobby!

We really liked Makers Air. Very nice lounge/waiting area. Very friendly! Even will drive you the two blocks down to the Runway Cafe and back if you have time. (The Cafe was very good also) planes were nice and comfortable. No hassle going to the islands. My only issue was coming back they of course have to take you to the customs building which isn't close to the hanger we were dropped off at and expected to be picked up from. The pilots said they could let us reboard after the customs check and take us back to the hanger but being unfamiliar we didn't take them up on that. FYI the customs building is right across from a big soccer stadium and if there is a match going on at the time good luck getting your ride from there. Just wish they had explained the option of shutting back to the hanger better but all in all we liked Makers Air and would definitely recommend and use them again.
