My cat was recently relocated from Canada to Sarawak with layovers in Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur. To my shock, MasKargo KLIA ground staffs FORGOT to board my cat on his final flight home after checking-in. My cat had to extend his stay at the pet hotel unexpectedly, which was an extremely tormenting situation for both my cat and me. No word could describe my disappointment on MasKargo KLIA efficiency and professionalism at that moment. Gratefully after an extended stay of 2 days and 1 night, my cat had finally come home and reunited with us. I hope I can bring this issue I faced to the management's attention, so no other pet parents will struggle with the same stressful situation in the future.

Phone number was extremely difficult to reach. No proper guidelines for customer to collect personal cargo, the PIC who contacted us only told us it was at LCCT and “you will know once you are there”. We were not brief on how to get into the cargo terminal. The fact that one need a daily pass to go in - where to get it, how to get it? Which office we should we head to once we are in the cargo terminal etc.

Too much hidden charges when u do personal arrangement. Although already called/emailed them asking for the cost of delivery. They only mention about the weight n consignment charges. Better hire agents from other freight companies to handle it for u as its much cheaper n easier.where else when u do ur own by just walk in to their office,u have to thru so much procedure(which u have to pay this and that).like my case,i already calculated the cost that i have to pay based on the costing given by maskargo, but in the end, i have to pay almost rm300 extra. And when the items arrived the destination,to pick up also have to pay extra rm70 for agent n import charges!!thought it would be easier to do delivery via maskargo by urself, but its not.we spent more than 4hours to finally settle the arrangement.better hire freight agents, just ask them pick up ur stuffs n pay them to do the job.u dont have to trouble urself go here n there and carry the heavy stuffs urself up n down.however, i am still happy that my stuffs were sent immediately and arrived safely on the same day(i sent perishable items home).
