A special thank you to Alejandro and Jeremias for their exceptional customer service. They were friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from booking to takeoff. A huge shoutout to our pilot, Michael, who was absolutely fantastic. His professionalism, knowledge, and smooth flying made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the tour. Amazing experience! The entire team was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The helicopter ride was absolutely worth it and truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Seeing the city from a completely different perspective was incredible. The views were breathtaking, and the pilot made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire flight. One of the best things is that you don't have to share the helicopter with strangers. You can book the flight just for yourself or for your own group, which makes the experience even more special and personal. Everyone was kind and attentive, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended

Excellent experience with Helixperience! We booked from one day to the next directly on their website — first paying a deposit and then the full amount online, very simple and smooth process. The location is about 35 minutes from South Beach. From the moment we arrived, we received a clear safety briefing and then headed straight for takeoff. The pilot was extremely kind and professional, explaining everything along the way. I also organized my proposal to my girlfriend during the flight, and the team was incredibly helpful and supportive in making it happen. An unforgettable experience — highly recommended to everyone!

An indescribable experience. I had a sunset booked. The guys were extremely nice, they accommodated us in everything. The flight was pleasant - beautiful views - the pilot was very friendly and the guy at the reception gave us unbeatable service. Thank to all team for amazing experience. It was an incredible experience! We were a group of three and everything was perfect from the warm welcome and open doors to the amazing service. Everyone was so kind and friendly. I highly recommend it it’s truly a beautiful experience, especially during sunset. I would definitely do it again without hesitation!
