Overall a great experience — the service from pick-up to check-in was smooth, and my son absolutely loved the flight. On the downside, a last-minute boarding change caused a delay with little communication, which was frustrating. To their credit, the company handled the aftermath very professionally with a prompt response and fair compensation. We'll definitely be back — next time with the whole family!

2ND UPDATE: I'll bump it back up to a 5-star again as of October 2025. I flew from MCM to NCE for the first time, and the process was easy and quick. As for booking, they were able to answer my questions accurately and quickly and gave me the correct information to be able to stay airside in NCE. Even the day before, I received a phonecall to confirm everything and we ended up pushing back my departure by half an hour so avoid wasting time at NCE. On the day of departure, my driver was at my hotel early and handled my bags for me. Passport control and security at MCM took all of two minutes. I waited a few minutes for the helicopter, the actual trip was quick as usual, and upon arrival in NCE they had me go through security in an out building by the helipads again but it only took a minute. The driver then drove me to my terminal and dropped me off airside, and I had maybe a 5-minute walk to my boarding gate for my connection. The whole process from leaving my hotel until I was at my boarding gate in NCE was a little over half an hour. Definitely worth it. While I didn't evaluate the service from NCE to MCM this time, I may consider it in the future after having such a great experience the other direction. I feel like they worked out some of the organizational issues they were having on my last visit. UPDATE: Unfortunately it seems like the experience has deteriorated over the past year, perhaps as a result of the integration with Blade. Flying from Nice to Monaco, the reception was just having passengers congregate around the desk until everyone arrived. We carried our own bags halfway across the terminal, and then went through a very inefficient security line that required nonsensically disassembling your luggage (laptop separate in separate bin, belts off, everything out of pockets even paper, no liquids depending on who your are, etc) that wasted time. Van shuttle to the helipad at which point two passengers were delayed until the next flight due to excessive weight (we could have left 15 minutes earlier had they added up the weight right away). Helicopter wasn't already running so it was a few minutes to take off. Sure the trip only took 7 minutes... But the 20 minute wait and 20 minutes of other shenanigans would've made it quicker just to get car service. In Monaco, I walked the 5 minutes to my hotel to avoid any further wastes of time. Everyone in the operation seemed confused. If you want to fly in a helicopter, sure this is a cheap way to do it; but the rampant disorganization no longer makes it a viable transportation option. ORIGINAL: Very efficient and very convenient service. I booked a transfer from NCE to MCM and was happily surprised by how well everything went. I arrived at their desk in T2 arrivals at 1145, and I was at my hotel in Cap d'Ail by 1215. I checked in, waited 2 or 3 minutes and an associate arrived to get my bags and take me through security, which took another 2 or 3 minutes. I was taken by a very comfortable van to the helipad at the airport, where my helicopter was already running. My driver took my picture for me, loaded my bags, and directed me onto the helicopter while pointing out the headset. The trip was very smooth and, 7 minutes later, we landed in Monaco. Offboarding involved getting out of the helicopter and walking into the terminal building then getting my passport scanned. I waited 30 seconds and an apologetic shuttle driver found me and drove me 2 minutes to my hotel. Would definitely do it again. This is probably the best organized airline I've ever flown.

Very good service, barely more expensive than a taxi and a lot quicker. Very respectful and polite staff. I would recommend these Monaco helicopters to whoever is in a slight rush, or simply doesn't want to bother with any complications.

Along with my wife and my daughter we took the helicopter transfer with Monacair from Monaco to Nice to cap off a very nice holiday in the Principality. Although over in a flash (it only takes 7 minutes) this was a great experience, we'd never been in a helicopter before and it was very exciting! I loved the efficiency of it all compared to planes - they load your luggage in the hold, you get in, fasten your seatbelts, and then you just take off straight away. Great views along the riviera along the way (even if it was a tiny bit hazy the day we flew). I'm actually quite a nervous flyer when it comes to planes, but somehow didn't feel at all anxious in the helicopter - maybe it was the excitement and glamour of it all, or just the fact it was all so quick, but it was a very smooth ride, and I believe Monacair has an excellent safety record. The staff were all very nice and welcoming, and the shuttle service to pick us up from our hotel added to the efficiency and the gratifying sense of VIP treatment. Highly recommended even if you only try it once!
