It was my twins' birthday, and I was looking for a special experience for them. I called Monaair. Shira, the lovely secretary, answered me, emphasizing that it was literally from one day to the next. I wanted to arrange a pilot experience for them for one day, and she only had one place. I asked her to try to see if someone could change it, and she did everything she could to help me. She actually came back to me after an hour and said that she had succeeded, thank God. We arrived there with great joy, as we waited for the pilot, who welcomed us warmly, to explain to our children everything they were going to do, with great patience and a smile. The children left there really full of satisfaction and excitement, thank you very much.

I booked a flight experience for one day. Yesterday they contacted me to confirm my arrival for today, even though the weather was already bad and the forecast was not encouraging. They asked me to arrive fifteen minutes earlier. I arrived at the company offices at the appointed time, and I waited another fifteen minutes before anyone even came to open the office and informed me that the flight was canceled due to the weather. This is a business that should know how to read a professional weather forecast. They could have informed me in advance and saved me the trip, the time and the unnecessary expenses of getting to the place.

Attention!!!!! I purchased a pilot flight for my husband for one day, the service was seemingly courteous. Before the flight, we considered the possibility of extending the flight and were told that there was no such possibility, in real time, during the flight there was no possibility of landing for the pilot (delay in approval) and then he turned to my husband and said "How many minutes will we extend?" My husband answered in the affirmative, but when we got off we discovered that these were the most expensive 6 minutes - we were charged 170 NIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a real mistake!! Conclusion - next time when you are asked nicely whether to extend and even though you understand from the situation that there is no other choice (there was no landing approval) refuse because it will cost you dearly!!!!!!!

We arrived this morning for a test flight (pilot for one day), some time before the flight as requested. After registering, we were asked to wait for the flight instructor, but after a while it turned out that he had not arrived and we had to wait a long time for a replacement instructor. Which caused a delay of almost an hour in takeoff. The delay spoiled the experience, because it created a sense of pressure in relation to the commitments we had later in the day. Although the secretary and the pilot were nice, the CEO's attitude towards the unpleasant experience we had was very unhelpful without taking any responsibility, and therefore the rating is low.

I gave the gift of "Pilot for a Day" to my husband. We were very pleased with the service of your team and your warm attitude. Special thanks to pilot Zvika who guided my husband. Thank you very much and good luck in the future.
