My experience is identical to Tiffany's in the prior review. The only difference was that before the trip was cancelled because the aircraft (N402XT) totally broke down, the pilot added a fuel stop on a flight of only 654 nautical miles! That can only mean that there was already a significant problem with the aircraft and the company was attempting to still fly the trip anyway! And now just like Tiffany we cannot obtain a refund. We've been doing business with Moser Aviation since 2009 so it's disturbing that Marty Moser has allowed his operation to deteriorate to this level. For all those in this same situation, keep in mind that keeping money for services that were never rendered is theft. And because the funds were transferred by bank wire interstate it makes it a Federal criminal matter, not a civil dispute. I hope that it does not come to it, but if we are not refunded we will have no choice but to contact the Federal LE authorities for relief.

Extremely disappointing experience with Moser Aviation. I booked a round-trip charter for a client, and due to a mechanical issue on the first leg, Moser was unable to operate the flight. While mechanicals happen in aviation all the time, what’s completely unacceptable is that over a month later, I still haven’t received a refund for the failed leg—despite repeated follow-ups. No one answers the phone. Every person I manage to get ahold of says they can’t help, and that only the owner, Marty Moser, can approve a refund. Unfortunately, Marty refuses to respond to any emails or make himself available to resolve the issue. As a broker who has done a significant amount of business with Moser Aviation over the years, this is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. This is not how you treat loyal clients or operate professionally in this industry. BROKERS AND CLIENTS BEWARE.... If something goes wrong, you’ll be left in the dark with no accountability, no communication, and no resolution.

Marty Moser refuses to answer his phone or email. His staff says he is the only one that can approve to send money back. The condition of their aircraft are horrible. I certainly hope nothing bad happens with passengers on board. The pilots complained to me as well about their distain for the company as you can read in other reviews. SEND OUR MONEY BACK MARTY.

flew with Moser March 15 2021. Not a competent operations department---almost doubled trip time that didn't need to happen; didn't optimize for passenger time; didn't review FAA updates in timely manner and made poor follow on choices as a result. "Blamed" it on something that wasn't the cause. aircraft interior well worn: loose outlets so couldn't safely plug in a cell phone; couple of window shades not working (stuck down). pilots asked us not to use bathroom. There are plenty of options for charter. Buyer beware. I will avoid. Steve
