We booked a tour with this company to visit Everest and had a one-hour wait in Lukla and a four-hour wait at Hotel View for the helicopter to return. A rip-off and very disappointing. Not recommended at all.

The actual tour introduced to us is different from website described. We are supposed to fly to Everest Base Camp and Kalapatthar helipad. But the pilot had no attempt to do so. The first explanation was that the base camp was in summer not in winter, later said we flew over it, last said it’s weather issue, while encountering our complaint. During the whole flight, the pilot was busy to stop and pick other mountain trekkers. It made our trip like an air taxi, but not a sightseeing tour. In addition, oxygen tanks are not provided for every passenger as advertised, rather one tank is for the pilot and the other one is for emergency use. Another evidence that they have no attempt to fly to the Base camp. Not a reliable company.
