It was a nice experience booking a private charter flights for pick up and drop to royal Zambezi safari With two pilots They served us with some drinks and snacks before takeoff from Lusaka airport to safari in private charter flight Small flight but it was a good experience Good staff with good service

Royal Air Charters is wonderful place and have a good fleet of planes. I was on attachment at Proflight Zambia, a neighboring company. On this area we have Pro Charter, Executive Airlines and others on the same road.

Oh wow what a disappoint 😡 so looking forward to flying with Royal out of Lusaka. We were due to board at 09.30 at 10.00 no plane to be seen on the apron so I phoned royal and asked where the aircraft was and told "well there is a delay and we might fly around 11.00" No announcement at the airport at all. With only 1 flight a day I am surprised at this poor lack of communications to passengers. NOT A GREAT START FOR THE NEW AND "HOPEFULLY" entry into the international market.
