Absolutely trash. Staff haven't a clue as to when flights depart for the north and will lie to you. Will take your money and sit on your cargo for weeks with talks about how food has a priority when shipping. Or your cargo is too heavy and bulky so we cant ship it. Avoid at all cost.

Flew with North Star Air to Webequie. Staff was pleasant, friendly, helpful as well as the pilot, and first officer. The flight was great. I highly recommend.
