Terrible customer service. Rude. Not a good flight school, especially for the money. Find another one is my advice. Very fitting the owner does not respond to any negative reviews!!!

I went to take an exam. The staff were all awesome and very polite. I was able to walk in and was taken care of with minimal wait. It is definately worth the drive.

If I could give this school zero stars I would. No care for students. They rake money out of you any chance they get. Dishonest CFIs (majority see you as a time builder), this school was said to have been recently audited, no transparency in grading, scheduling and costs. High turn over rate in students. CFIs are recent graduates that have no real world flight training experience in actually training. Just because you take a CFI course it doesn't mean you can actually teach skills. CFIs mostly memorize the books and do not provide resources and skills needed to be successful. Staff are useless. They don't follow their own policies and no one knows how to do anything. Half the staff are students. A lot of international students. Many state resident students left after their first semester. Save your money and time. Run and fly somewhere else.

Bucky and the maintenance team really came through for me. I had a weekend trip planned to the Black Hills. I did my preflight Thursday night and saw some fuel dripping from the cowling. I had a car and AirBnB rented, and thought I may not get to go, but Bucky and his team squeezed me in right away Friday morning, fixed the leak, and we were off before noon on Friday.

Stopped here on a XC flight for fuel. The line guy was great but it took forever for someone to get to the desk to pay for the fuel and then once there it was a whole process of adding me into a database in order to create an invoice to pay for a few gallons of fuel. This cross country trip was 1200miles and this place by far was the longest wait on paying for my fuel.
