Flight delayed every 30 mins for 5 hours straight. I cancel the flihht because of the ruined plan, and they try everything on their part to no pay compensation. Shitty managment and shitty company.

Extremely unpleasant experience. No customer support. No contact information for any person from the management. In the state database, the information register, the company's management even has a stranger's phone number listed. The answering machine is put on their phone just for show. No one checks or responds to messages. The same goes for email. Not recommended.

Great customer service! There was a problem with changing the time of the online booking, the tickets were unused, but the airline found a very good solution for the customer! I applaud Nyxair!

Very nice staff

I have flown with the company a few times between Kokkola and Tallinn. Last week my connecting flight from Helsinki was cancelled. I have been trying to get a hold of someone from customer service ever since. The phone is not answered, nor are my emails. They do not have a transfer desk, so I did not receive any information, and I still have not. In the end, I had to continue the journey by taxi and ferry at my own expense. Inferior behavior.
