Hello ~ Exceptional flight! June 10, 2026, Flight 8P1532, Kelowna to Victoria, 9:35 am Kudos to the upbeat, excellent, and efficient operation of this flight! All staff were accommodating, helpful, and positive! However, "Pilot Wayne", seemed to just enjoy the route - it was a beautiful afternoon: so smooth, then dipping wings over the Straight of Georgia, and an effortless landing at YYJ. So enjoyable! Then the return flight, June 12, 2026, Flight 8P1537, Victoria to Kelowna, 4:10 pm, was equally well surrounded by positive, helpful, and competent staff. It was windy near the approach to Kelowna, but the pilot (Jack?), navigated the Saab expertly, and I was so at ease with the approach and landing. To me, the smooth operation and competent staff of these flights has converted me to a loyal Pacific Coastal Airlines passenger for my regular visits to Vancouver and Vancouver Island to visit family. My flight this morning was cancelled due to airplane maintenance and despite having my email address and cell phone number there was absolutely no attempt to notify me in advance or send a new boarding pass for the later flight. Time for Pacific Coastal airlines to provide basic customer service with electronic notifications when flights are cancelled or changed!

Pacific Coastal staff and airline is incredible. The airline is well managed and the prioritization of customers through exceptionally friendly customer service and excellent communication re weather/ delays and updates provides a really positive experience - especially for those who are not as comfortable flying. Overall recommend.

Awesome dudes. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Easiest local air shipment I've ever sent, and I've sent my fair amount. Definitely worth checking out if you need to send any domestic/provincial coastal freight. Aubrey and Justin were two welcoming and easy going guys. Grateful for a quick and painless experience, with good pricing for standby.
