PAL Airlines.

Honestly, there is a reason why we call it “Pack A Lunch Airlines” or “Probably Already Late Airlines”. I think i’ve had more chances with Loto Max than having an “On time” or “Not cancelled” flight. Most of the time “Unscheduled Maintenance” which means that their airplanes are always broken down. We got stranded in random cities a lot of times because of that with no help from them. This sucks for the personels on board as they are trying their best but it needs to changes and quickly as this is extremely common and frustrating being stuck after a rotation with wife and kids waiting!

Never at the counter and never answers their phone! They should replace PAL!!!!

Smooth take off and landing... It was almost a perfect flight! I am impressed. I will be flying with them regularly. I was impressed to say the least and my kids kept asking when are we going to the airport again cos they were so excited and happy. 👏🏾

Always late. Flew them from Ottawa to Fredericton and back. Outbound flight delayed 3 hours. Inbound flight delayd 2 hours and missed my connection. The reason "Mechanical issues" Their Q-400 planes are old. The cabin shows signs of abuse. Not the cleanest cabin.

Unfortunately this airline has become one of the most unreliable, inconsiderate and customer blind airlines out there. It is really unfortunate because I used to think highly of this airline. I travel with PAL monthly, unfortunately, for work within the province and because they now have an effective monopoly on intra-provincial travel their quality control is basically non-existent. 3 times last month my flight was cancelled in a row for three consecutive days, 2 weather (understand) 1 day crew time. The update process and rebooking was abysmal. Very little information provided, chaos and uncertainty with every conversation. This month, the flight was cancelled on Wednesday; after hours of “pending status” with no update. Received an email 9 hours later about a rebooking for the following morning with a 9:00am departure. Here it is now 9:05, and not only have we not departed/boarded, but the gate agents have no idea where the airplane is as it is not at the terminal, with no more information than that. How is it possible to not know where your plane is when you have a full terminal of passengers waiting? Unacceptable. The disconnect between staff is unbelievable, and for the exorbitant cost they charge the service should be far greater. It literally costs less to fly from Toronto to Florida than from St Johns to Labrador. Very disappointing, they used to be known for their service but the past few years they have turned to absolute trash. Avoid if possible.
