You do not even deserve this 1 star. İ order 5 kg luggage 1 week beforehand. You cancel this without letting me know. İ show you the prove of payment and ask if i can pay the same price of 15 euro for pre order yet you tellme to either pay 40 at the airport or leave my luggage at the airport. You may have made this haram 25 euro. But you lost a custumor that fly 8 times with you this year. Haram zıkkım olsun emi.

I bought 2 tickets for adults . The website says there is 24/7 service available, but they never reply. Tickets automatically turned to open ticket. I had to cancel my flight the refund fee was lower in the morning. The worst customer service,

I had one of the worst travel experiences with Pegasus Airlines. My flight was significantly delayed, causing a disruption to my entire journey and forcing me to remain stuck at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport for over 20 hours. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of responsibility from the airline. No meaningful assistance was provided—not even basic support or proper communication. To my shock, one of the Pegasus staff members said the reason for the lack of help was that I am a Syrian citizen residing in Germany. Such discriminatory and unacceptable behavior has no place in international air travel. This experience was exhausting, frustrating, and deeply disappointing. I strongly advise other travelers—especially those with non-European passports—to reconsider flying with Pegasus Airlines.

5* service 5* stuff 5* accessibility Always satisfied with pegasus service. It is possible to change any ticket for the same price on their website if you change your plans or late for your flight. And, inspite what is written during the booking that you should choose your seat otherwise you will pay for the registration at the airport, it is not true. You register for free at the airport. Always helpful stuff. Enough room foregs in the plane. And of course they provide accessible assistance.
