Had a perimeter aviation worker named Yesh go above and beyond to call me and make sure my package was reshipped to me from Canada Post. For some reason CP shipped my items to the airport and my package was there for weeks. Yeah found my phone number and sorted it out and I didnt have to arrange for my family to come pick up the package and deal with CP'S mistake.

I have been on numerous Bearskin flights and quite literally every single one has been delayed. If you enjoy paying egregious prices for terrible service, this is the airline for you.

Overall the staff and flight were what I expected from a smaller airline. The staff were friendly and efficient. I gave 4 stars only because we were an hour late boarding, were ready to take off then had to get off the plan and wait for more passengers coming in on another plan for another hour and a half. We then boarded a freezing cold airplane and sat with the door open for 15 minutes. We finally arrived at our destination. We got free pop and chips
