Very disappointed. We booked a trip for next week and more than 10 days prior to the departure date I have tried to change the ETD to a later time on the same day. I have been pushing to get a reply from Luna, and till today they are unable to confirm anything and I get told that in order to try and even check for a later slot we risk losing the current slot and risk the payment made. Last year we booked a flight and the aircraft arrived 1.5 hours late to pick us up and we were waiting around a lounge. Stick to companies that operate their own planes or even BA offers more flexibility as Luna seems to be a broker who is at the total mercy of the operates who they have no influence over.

Louis is very good with people, and he handled a challenging request with utmost professionalism! He perfectly planned our last-minute trip to Cologne Bonn Airport, and we arrived safe and on time. The pricing was also fair considering the short notice. Our sincere thanks to him and the rest of the team.

I chose #LunaJets for our romantic getaway with my wife. And once again they haven't disappoint! These guys are so reliable I couldn't recommend them more! The team is amazing, the aircraft is beautiful and the whole process is immaculate, EVERY SINGLE TIME! I vaguely mentioned that my wife and I were traveling for our anniversary and we found the perfect welcome detail on the plane at our arrival :)
