They are normally on time and run an effective service. The meals are great. For that they get 4 stars. One downside is that they regularly turn the air conditioning off (for reasons I dont understand) and it can be a sweaty flight.

Sold out all seats but still available to third party websites. After I book the flight, a day later it got cancelled.

Punctuality and a cut above the rest customer service is paramount when you fly with Proflight Zambia. I have never had a bad experience with Proflight. The airline staff go lengths to ensure quality controls, and safety are attended to. Even though the planes may be slightly old, you are guaranteed to reach your destination in one piece mentally and spiritually. Proflight is my go-to airline of choice!

The service was great and so was the snacks served. The air host was very patient and even when I asked for more he didn’t hesitate to assist me. The flight captain was great and interactive as well. He would say where we were and we should take a look through the window to see some landscape and he had a nice voice too 😅🥰. Only would criticise the make of the plane as the seats were a bit too close and tight.
