Excellent service with Propair. We are so fortunate to have e this connector airline here in Bathurst. The service and staff are fantastic and the price is very reasonable.

First experience with them, 9:00 flight delayed several times. The fact that they are located outside the Montreal airport facility also generates additional charges ($25 with Uber). I am far from impressed.

Was flown to a different airport than what I paid for, and was left abandoned, had to pay nearly the plane fare just for a taxi to the airport I expected to arrive at. No apology or choice to take a different flight or get a refund was given. While they do offer snack bags, there are no toilets on the B1900s and the seats have minimal legroom. No advance seating assignment either, so rush to the plane if you are average height or above.

Simple, efficient, and attentive service. I highly recommend it! I especially appreciate the well-planned flight times to Montreal/Quebec City, particularly for those from Abitibi!
