‏My experience with the shipping company was disappointing on all levels. Unfortunately, their handling of the shipment was completely unprofessional; the delay was unjustified, and there was no sense of responsibility or acknowledgment of fault from their side. Instead of solutions, I found myself in a cycle of wasted time and vague responses that gave no real details about the shipment’s fate. It was a truly disturbing experience, to the extent that it felt like exploitation or an attempt to drain money without reason. If they continue in this way, many customers will undoubtedly avoid dealing with them altogether.
