My experience with this travel agency was not satisfactory. Communication and service delivery did not meet professional standards. I would advise others to thoroughly verify details and commitments before proceeding.

Terrible experience with Farhan (Quality Travel). My cousin recommended him, but this was a big mistake. He took ages just to book our family tickets, then got one of the names wrong, and to make things worse, he gave us seats that were all separated — not even together as a family. The ticket price was the same as what’s available online, so there was absolutely no value in using his service. Very disappointing experience. I’d never recommend Farhan or this agency for any travel booking.

If you want piece of mind, you should avail the services of Quality Aviation. Staff and their services are best. Specially I would like thanks to Mr Kashif, so polite and cooperative person.

A very old travel agency working since many years in Karachi. I never used their services so cannot say about that. But visited there for a meeting and observed the overall office and environment. The location is nice as located on a main road between Tariq Road and Bahadurabad. Easy to reach from all city. The office was clean and looked same as other travel agency offices.
