I’ve just finished my PPL at Ravenair and have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and experience. The professionalism of this school and its staff and their passion for high quality training is unquestionable. The ops team are hugely helpful and the quality of the training materials and course layout is very good. Very disappointing service, Cancelled on me twice after I paid for a non-refundable hotel each time (once for weather [fair], once because their instructor is currently unable to legally Fly), Due to all the money I spent and being cancelled on me 2 times, I decided not to proceed due to rebooking will cost me for another trip, time off and hotel again. When requesting a refund, they charged me a £50 admin fee from T&C that I had never seen or been sent. Tried to negotiate, but they were unwilling to remove it even though I didn't agree with how the T&C where handled. I found it poor service, given the money I had spent and the reason for the second cancelation, that they were unwilling to compromise at all. They also mentioned part of the fee was a bank charge for a refund - Paid by card, they are refunding me by bank transfer. I don't understand this?

Recently completed my UPRT-A course here and the course objectives were very professionally delivered to a very high standard. Special thanks to instructors Luke and Rob who were excellent, really putting me at ease which allowed me to learn loads from this course whilst in the air and made it really enjoyable too. Totally recommend them.

Recently completed my CPL training here, really well organised in terms of aircraft scheduling and the level of training I received from my instructor Nathan was excellent. Strongly would recommend anyone to this school.

Did not use the flight service just met an inbound flight. Nice lounge friendly ops staff.
