My best friend suffered a serious accident during her bachelorette party. She slipped and fractured her spine, which resulted in paralysis. After undergoing surgery and spending more than 10 days recovering in Italy, we were finally ready to return to Poland. Thankfully, Redstar Aviation was there for us. They transported us from Palermo to Kraków, providing exceptional care from the very first moment. Osman and Dr. Yekta took care of every medical detail, ensuring that Paulina received everything she needed. They explained each step clearly and patiently answered all our questions, which gave us a great sense of comfort during an incredibly stressful time. I would also like to express my gratitude to the pilots. They helped us feel safe and even brought moments of comfort when we needed it most. We truly felt cared for and supported on our journey home with the Redstar Aviation crew. I will always be deeply grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and compassion throughout this experience.
