A frustrating experience from the start. I tried contacting this private charter company through every possible means. You call, and they tell you to send an email. You write the email, and they never reply. You try contacting them through social media, and they don't respond there either. It's virtually impossible to get in touch with them. Zero customer service.

Excellent company. We missed our commercial flight back one morning, David and his team were extremely responsive and were able to line us up a flight within a couple hours! Highly recommend Reliance Jets!!
