Exactly 2 years ago Rico flew my father to Dallas and I cannot be more grateful for their excellent service. My Dad needed medical care beyond what could be provided in Amarillo and they got us (I flew with him) to Dallas. I can say for certain that this flight saved his life. The medical staff and pilots were top notch and so compassionate. I would never hesitate to use them and highly recommend them. Because of Rico, I sat in a beach with my dad in Florida this weekend. Thank you so very much!

I have never been so thankful for a flight crew in my life until now! The pilot was AMAZING! The flight nurse and EMT were wonderful! They kept my son comfortable and stable during the entire flight from San Angelo, TX to Spokane, WA. The kindness and humanity were top notch! I'd give them 10000000 stars if I could. Thank you guys for what you do! We couldn't have made it without you! ❤❤❤❤❤

This is an incredible group of people! Their dedication to the services they provide shows through in everything they do, and they truly are just one big family! There's no family I'd rather have taking care of me or my family.
