"Rider Jet Center" is an old Latin phrase that means "we know customer service". They are all about the customer. I flew in to pick up my Cessna from Plane Care across the field after some intensive work. After brunch at the restaurant we needed a ride back to the shop. They were able to accommodate us fairly quickly. My plane needed some gas after the work at Plane Care and they were prompt with the delivery to the other side of the field. I always enjoy the trips to Hagerstown.

Excellent FBO. Their team heard my radio calls and a golf cart was right off taxiway C with immediate guidance and support including a wheel chock and a cordial greeting as I gathered my things. I fly an older 172, and I felt like I was slumming it next to the SR22 I parked next to, but you couldn't tell by the Line Tech's graciousness. Superb. Really enjoyed the conversation with the wonderful lady inside as well. Beyond pleased with everything.

The staff give the red carpet treatment to all pilots. The facility is updated and clean. Very professional and prices are very reasonable. There is a nice restaurant on location as well.

Top tier FBO. Super helpful, immaculate place. Nicest restrooms in the state if not the entire northeast. They meet you at the taxiway with a follow me and literally roll out the red carpet for you. They make a common 172 feel like a Gulfstream carrying a VIP

This place is very nice. The people are friendly. We asked one of the ladies in the reception area to take a group picture of my friends and I as we were returning from a trip to New Jersey. She gladly accepted with a smile and came outside in the gusty winds to take a picture of us for the memories. It was very kind of her to do so. Here you can take a rental vehicle if you are a pilot. There is a restaurant here too so if you get hungry you can fill your tummy while you wait for your departure. It is really nice. I felt welcomed.
