Seems like an absolute waste of time trying to give this place your business. Ive called numerous times trying to plan a trip, I get told someone will call me back but nope. You leave voicemails, but no reply. Jan will tell you someone will call you back but nope. Wanted to plan a beautiful wedding this summer but these people are way too unreliable. Guess Ill take my money elsewhere since its been over a month waiting for the call back lol what a joke

Our group went up for a tour over Tumbler Ridge to celebrate a friends birthday, the flight was amazing with spectacular views. Mark was our pilot who made us at ease as we did experience some turbulence due to weather. Crests created us on arrival and was super friendly and a great host. Thank you for making this a memorable trip!

This trip was booked for my friends birthday, and what a great experience. First off let's start with the great customer service when we arrived. Cresta was very inviting. She showed us around the spare helicopter, offered refreshments, took pics of our group with the helicopter and chatted with us while we waited. The pilot Mark was awesome. He showed us some spectacular sites, informed us of the area and some of the history and changes over the years. He made sure we all got the same experience and no one missed any breathtaking sites. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

The service was amazing from start to finish. We called Cresta on short notice and she was extremely accommodating and picked us up from our campsite as we didn’t have transportation. Mark’s professionalism as our pilot shone through in our safety briefing and departure. After a small technical glitch we had to return after a short time in the air. We were offered a 100% refund or to they offered to try and make our trip happen later in the day with another helicopter as we only had a short window of time in Tumbler Ridge. While waiting for the aircraft to be replaced Cresta again shone through and took us on a short hike to a wonderful scenic waterfall. Later in the day Cresta again picked us up and Mark took us on our tour. Mark’s passion for the area, experience as a pilot and professionalism were superior. I surprised my husband for his birthday with the helicopter experience, it was pretty awesome. The service is amazing, Cresta the administrator is very responsive to email/phone calls, and she had cupcakes for my hubby's bday. Our pilot was Mark, also very friendly, kind of a tour guide in addition to being a pilot. Overall five star, really recommended.
