The flight instructors are great, but the communication and scheduling at the front desk are unprofessional. I was placed on the waiting list and was assured that I would definitely be able to begin my flight training in summer 2026. Over the course of several weeks, I called multiple times and was repeatedly promised that someone would call me back as soon as possible to schedule my training. Unfortunately, that never happened. The instructors themselves seem very competent, but the lack of reliable communication and organization made the overall experience extremely frustrating.

A certain CFI's misconduct as an instructor with a student was ignored and buried by higher ups in the company. Do not recomend investing in a company that will watch their students burn while promoting staff that engaged in inappropriate behavior.

Absolutely love this company! I have been a student at three different flight schools and Ridgeline has been my favorite! While maintaining a professional environment they are very personable and welcoming.

These guys are great! I got my high performance rating through them recently, and had a great experience. They have great aircraft, and even better instructors. I highly recommend Ridgeline Aviation to any pilots, or those looking to become pilots.
