We bought tickets for a flight from Yaroslavl to Moscow with RusLine. The airline didn't bother to inform us of the flight's cancellation in any way. The airport information desk offered no information, just a list of airline phone numbers, and a call was charged at 69 rubles per minute (RusLine). We ended up waiting for our flight for an hour, only to discover by chance that our flight to Moscow had been canceled. The check-in staff shrugged their shoulders and threw up their hands. The business trip was a complete disaster, thanks to RusLine. The airline has no representative offices, and calls are exorbitantly expensive. I don't recommend this carrier at all; it's unreliable.

Terrible company, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They didn't refund my ticket and only notified me about it after I'd canceled it. If I'd known it was such a scam, I would have flown. Calling them is pointless, as their call costs are surprisingly 70 rubles per minute. Everyone else's hotline works properly, but this one is the only one that's like that.

We flew from Emirates via Domodedovo to Belgorod (RusLine). The connection was 1:25 hours, while the regulations stipulate a minimum of 1:30 hours (well, there's no longer than that to Belgorod, only after 14+/- hours). Some incompetent, clumsy people took 40 minutes to hand over our luggage. We were 2.5 minutes late to the check-in counter, and they refused to check us in. With over 40 minutes left until departure, they kept shuffling us up and down the third floor, giving us the vague hope of sorting things out instead of simply checking us in and kicking us out to duty-free. The regulations are correct, so there are no complaints, but I wish all the locals responsible for this situation would be left to suffer for a long time after every negative review of this "company," of which there are plenty. From now on, even if there is the most feeble competitor, even if it is more expensive in my direction, I will definitely not choose Rusline.
