Safarilink was formed in January 2004 by a management team who together had more than 40 years experience in providing tourist related air services in East Africa. This professional quality specialist airline now operates 12 aircraft ranging in size from 13 to 52 seats‚ which are chosen to meet the specific requirements of operating into bush airstrips within Kenya's world famous game parks. Safarilink now provides daily scheduled services to 17 destinations and during the busiest periods of the year carries over 20‚000 passengers per month. Safarilink currently employs 251 staff of whom 46 are pilots. Safarilink is a member of the Kenya Association of Air Operators.

The flight from mombasa,to zanzibar was smooth. The staff of safarilink are very helpful,supportive and guide the elderly passengers particularly one person called Sabahi she was very helpful in assisting in zanzibar. Keep it up for training such good staff.

The flight was fine for my 1st time out of Wilson airport. They seem to fly to some cool locations. Don’t be scared, an adventure awaits! I really liked the service and the aerial views! The airport/flight crew members that i encountered were happy and helpful. Attentive with good energy. Four stars because the plane made a stop in Malindi which I felt like wasn’t communicated upfront.

Highly recommend Safarilink for getting around in East Africa once you're on the continent! My husband and I used them for our trip to Lamu and Zanzibar from Nairobi and it was an economical way to move around as well as convenient. The facility at Wilson Airport in Nairobi is clean and the staff are courteous! We arrived early and enjoyed beverages and food before our flights. Facility is clean and comfortable!

Superb airline service to many destinations in and around Kenya. Check in staff was friendly and courteous. Lounge is neat and clean with a nice cafe (food and drinks).
