Security guard called Steve, Very Very rude and aggressive towards me at Norwich Airport, just because I was Planespotting in a carpark (which is allowed btw), he come up to me on 1/5/26 and said "I TOLD YOU BEFORE YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO STAND IN HERE GO STAND OVER THERE" VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE HE SHOULD BE FIRED FOR TALKING TO SOMEONE WITH ASD LIKE THAT! SHAME ON YOU SECURITY GUARD STEVE FROM SAXONAIR!!

good team - flew in from EGKB for the day for my friend to view a car, and the team were very helpful and professional and they also had snacks in the lobby too. DECENT

Condescending attitude from arrival desk clerks on my arrival from offshore 04 April, 11:00, when asking about a discount code for Saxon Air car park, as adviced by their colleagues on check in before offshore departure, a few days prior. An adjustment of atitudine would help for kinder service. Thank you not for your service.

Saxon Air Charter Limited is a private charter airline based in Norwich, England. The company offers a range of aviation services, including private jet and helicopter charters, aircraft management, maintenance, and ground handling. We flew in on private aircraft, and got exceptional service. Highly recommend!
