never come to this fbo! I have been flying around the world for 13 years as a professional pilot what happened to me in FLYACROSS, on May 22th I was in pants and t-shirt and they discriminated against me because the tattoos on my arm were visible, they forced me to wear a jacket. Crazy people

First time in Toluca and was totally impressed by this FBO. The facility itself and clean and bright. Services are top notch. This FBO even have a full bar with big variety of snacks in the waiting room. As a flight crew that does not speak Spanish, the line personnel and the front desk were very helpful and they make an extra effort to get the job accomplished despite the language barrier. The next time we fly into Toluca, I will be sure to return to this FBO.
