My life worst experience to choose this airline. they dam care about the urgency of the material and even no one answer the call or reply on email. such a fraudulent organization

This company is a scam. They canceled flights twice, on February 4 and 6, from Delhi to Baku and Tashkent. The cargo was supposed to arrive in Tashkent on February 9, but the plane arrived and the cargo was gone. Their website is useless, and they don't respond to calls or emails. Anyone who wants problems with cargo delivery should deal with Silk Way West Airlines. One star is too much for them.

Worst air cargo experience shipment I’ve ever faced.

My partner in Europe was careless enough to send a shipment via Silk Way West. Let's start with the fact that you can't get through to this company by phone, and they won't answer your email addresses either. I really regretted that I linked my shipment via this company and encountered a lot of problems. Their website is just a picture, and the company itself is at a very low level.

Rubbish airline, an air cargo was delivered for more than 20 days, and still can't be contacted, rubbish, will never choose it again!!!
