This is a different sort of review as we didn’t fly private in the end (due to other logistics and planning issues). But communication wise, Cheston is a dedicated, patient and resourceful coordinator - we spoke with him for months and he was tireless and professional in answering our questions and making us feel assured about the legitimacy and safety record etc of the operator.
