Entrusting my travel arrangements to SAC and especially Darryl was an absolutely outstanding decision. From the outset, his service transcended the ordinary. My specific need for a one-way flight from Singapore to Hong Kong with my furkids was met with exceptional active listening. This is a different sort of review as we didn’t fly private in the end (due to other logistics and planning issues). But communication wise, Cheston is a dedicated, patient and resourceful coordinator - we spoke with him for months and he was tireless and professional in answering our questions and making us feel assured about the legitimacy and safety record etc of the operator. If we get another chance to fly private, we’d reach out to Chestor again. P.s. Singapore Air Charter is pet friendly by the way, so suitable for those planning to fly with Fido (or other small mammals such as pictured 👇below).
