Excellent service

We flew in for a lunch meeting in a light twin aircraft and were disappointed with the experience. We were parked far from the entrance, and inside, the space felt cold and uninviting with scarce service. Despite the high ramp fees, basic amenities like water or coffee were not offered. Because of this, we chose not to take any fuel and got it at our next stop instead. We were glad to leave as soon as our meeting ended. We likely won’t return.

Not sure what’s going on with this place. Services, rental cars, etc. probably the worst Signature experience I’ve had. Not sure whose idea it was to use 2 fuel trucks to fuel a plane that still had covers on and no pilots. We were on line at 11 and didn’t have a working GPU or fuel until an hour and a half later which delayed us. Customers were not happy and I can’t blame them.

Very friendly folks and much more affordable than Fountainblue. The facilities are getting a little tired (bathrooms from 1982) but the lobby, front desk and other spaces are nice enough. Very prompt and high quality customer service you expect from Signature.
