Steve and Sky Way Aviation turned an absolute nightmare of a debacle with another "professional" air charter provider who wanted to hold me ransom to a literal final-hour upcharge because of their mistake in booking. Made a few frantic late-evening calls and luckily got ahold of Steve at Sky Way. Explained the terrible situation to him and he not only talked me down from the ledge, but got back to me in a half hour with booking for me and my 3 family members on a jet the next day (Sunday) as close as he could to our original destination for LESS than my original charter was. I don't know how he did it, but he did it and I was needless to say impressed. Steve also took the time to meet us at the FBO in Tampa on Sunday afternoon to see us off - introduced us to our crew - and ensured we were satisfied and boarded. "I want you to see my face and know I'm here to help you" is what he told me. Now that's real customer service! Enjoyed the flight aboard a lovely Citation jet and arrived at Teterboro with no issues. Not only did this company step in during a clutch, but now has well-earned my business with its professionalism and personal service! Thanks Steve!

I worked with Steve on a helicopter charter for my wife. He has been extremely helpful and very very easy to get in contact with! I'm so excited to give it to her for Christmas. I know that its going to be an experience like nothing we have done. We were recommended by a friend who did a dinner charter earlier in the year and hearing him rave about it let me know I needed to book one right away!

What an exceptional experience! Steve set up a helicopter trip for our anniversary, it was absolutely incredible!! The night started in Clearwater where we met the helicopter and our pilot Eric. Steve supplied a bottle of wine with helicopter safe glasses, we flew over the beach at sunset while enjoying our wine. We then flew to downtown St Pete. Steve made a recommendation for dinner at "Teak", the new restaurant at the pier. It was amazing! Post dinner we made our way back to the helicopter and toured the St Pete skyline at night. We then made our way to the Skyway bridge which was beautifully illuminated. From the Skyway Bridge we took a leisurely flight up the coast back to Clearwater. We had an amazing time and I cant stress how perfect it was! Steve did a great job explaining exactly what the night would look like, he took care of every detail and made sure I was informed along the way. He helped me surprise my wife which is not easy to do! Eric did an incredible job of keeping us safe and showing us the beautiful place we call home from a totally new perspective! I absolutely 100% recommend Skyway Aviation. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

From the western mountains of Panama the commercial flight to our destination was quite complicated. We were traveling with 2 very large dogs and cat. Scheduling was a breeze and the plane was waiting for us upon our arrival to the airport. The flight was perfect and we arrived at our destination with absolutely no issues. Customs an immigration were very simple with no lines or waits. Highly recommend.
