SkyWest Charters.

My family and were leaving on a long trip to the east coast and we showed up 3 minutes after the bag cut off time which is 45 minutes before the flight despite it being a really small airport. I believe the lady helping us was named Laurie and despite myself and my pregnant wife being really stressed about our bags not making it, she tried everything possible to help us out. Her and Katie should be commended for their extreme professionalism in a situation that was just kind of crappy for both parties. Eventually Tui came through and was able to override the system and save our day and the success of our trip. This is why we love St. George. Katie, Laurie and Tui are great representatives of employees who actually care, they go above and beyond even when they don’t need to.

First class on SkyWest is a scam. My row-mate took off his shoes, shoved his filthy bare feet on the bulkhead, and stank up the entire cabin — while wearing an N95 so he didn’t have to smell it. The smell was nauseating. Flight attendant Veronica walked past his disgusting feet over and over and did nothing. Meanwhile, the row 1 overhead was jammed with cheap roller bags and CPAP machines, leaving no space for my single personal item — a purse. This isn’t first class. It’s Greyhound with wings.

I recently flew with SkyWest Airlines from Seattle (SEA) to Boise (BOI) on an Embraer ERJ-175. The flight was smooth and on time, and the **crew was excellent**—friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the journey. However, the **comfort level left something to be desired**. As someone who is 5'4", I found the **seat pitch quite tight**, and the seats themselves felt cramped. What stood out most was the **seat belt length**—they were surprisingly short and could be very limiting for passengers with wider hips or thighs. This seems like a small detail, but it really impacts comfort and accessibility. Overall, I’d fly SkyWest again for short regional trips, but I hope they consider **updating seat belts and improving seat space** to better accommodate all travelers. A few thoughtful changes could really enhance the flying experience.

wish they flew the e175 out of st george more. the crjs are so uncomfortable especially the one with that skywest livery that has barely working ac. and even though they have that little blue wifi light none of the planes flying out of sgu have working wifi, yet skywest wants to charge the premium for all those amentities like were flying on an a320. hopefully we start seeing more airlines come in

The aircraft are operated by Skywest Airlines and their staff seem to actually enjoy their job. From the ticket agent to the air crew, everyone seemed to always have a smile. They seem to genuinely care about their customer and want to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. Do they have off days? I'm sure they do but every time I've flown with them, they've been pleasant to be around.
