When the doctor arrives, they give you a certificate with a watermark that says "Not valid as a work certificate." You pay to have the day deducted from your pay. On top of that, they say the consultation costs 24,800, the doctor doesn't have change and takes 30,000.

For the past two days, I've been calling a doctor for a house call for my 3-year-old daughter. They tell you there'll be an 8-hour wait, and both times they've arrived at 1:30 AM. Obviously, I didn't answer. To make matters worse, they've started calling building managers as well. I'm not calling them again, and I'm going to file a complaint with my health insurance company.

Now, Accord Health provides house calls to Vital. Two days ago, I requested a pediatrician for a house call, they told me they were coming, but they never arrived. I called a thousand times a day to get help; it was a disaster. The help never came. First, there was a 12-hour wait, then 6 hours, and still nothing… You call and they tell you they already came. They play with people. I don't recommend them… they are the worst of the worst… It's terrible, the helplessness you feel…

Administrative Inefficiency and Misleading Advertising in Online Sign-Up Update: The woman who helped me just hung up on me. The way they handle new members is shameful. I completed the online application for my parents, paid for the comprehensive plan, and I'm already enrolled in automatic debit, but after three days I'm still waiting for the credentials. The most unbelievable thing is the phone response: they admit that if the process is done by phone, delivery is immediate, but through the website (where they offer a discount to encourage the digital channel) the process gets stuck in limbo. In other words, the discount is a trap to delay coverage. They don't answer emails, they don't respond to forms, and phone support offers no solutions. If the sign-up process is this negligent, I don't want to imagine their response in a real medical emergency. Disastrous administrative management that doesn't live up to the standards they claim to offer.

Ten days ago, I filled out the WhatsApp form, which is the ONLY way to contact them, to request a discount renewal. Not only did they never respond, but they billed me double even though I requested the discount several days before the invoice was due. I've already requested to cancel the service, and they still haven't responded. I called the new customer number, and the woman who answered hung up on me very rudely! I filled out that form three times, and no one has contacted me. I do NOT recommend this company!
