This place is weird. While the employees are courteous and friendly, it’s impossible to get a receipt for services rendered. Also, the second highest jet fuel price I have seen over the last year across the country

Avoid at all costs. Parked a beech baron for 3 hours (according to them, 2 according to me). Was told ramp fees are waived with fuel. Say a charge a couple weeks later for $150 for ‘ramp fees’. Called to ask - was told “we do not waive ramp fees for anything”. A week later, another charge for $450 for ‘ramp fees’. Called to ask - was told the person who made the charge wasn’t available to respond. Called again later, was told it was in error and it’ll be taken off. No apologies, no sense of responsibility. “Ramp” services including chocking the plane. That’s it. 150 bucks for chocking the plane on a completely empty ramp - no un-chocking, no escort to or from plane. Plus a free attempt to charge another $450 if I didn’t notice. Avoid the place. My angry email was responded with “our rates are mailed to our mailing list and listed on our price sheet WHICH CAN BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME”. I’d suggest going to a place that wants GA traffic. I’m usually happy to give my money to signature or Atlantic even though expensive. But snakey stuff like this is annoying.

Attendant filled up the helicopter but left fuel cap off...
