Travelled to Wellington from Blenheim and had two perfect flights. Where Sounds Air really excelled themselves was with their customer service. My Uner in Wellington didnt show up so I had to call a regular taxi. By this time I should have been checking in. I rang Sounds Air, more than once and got the same lovely lady twice. She told she would ring ahead for me but there were no guarantees that we could board the flight but not to worry as they would get us on the next available flight. I ran to the gate3 mins before boarding and the lovely young man said, ‘you must be Carol?’ Wonderful service, thank you!

A great way to get from the South Island to Wellington! The staff were very accommodating from the shuttle driver to the personnel in the officer to the pilot! The plane was small but comfortable. The pilot was great, smoothest take off and landing I have had in a while!! The views of the mountains and the water were phenomenal!!

Flew down on Friday we got diverted to Blenheim due to winds at Picton. Shuttle picked us up and dropped us at our Motel in Picton. Flight home went from Picton. Was nice seeing both airports. Lovely friendly people at Wellington, Picton and Blenheim. The van driver was awesome! Such a fast flight saves hours on the ferry. Such smooth landings both times, bit of turbulence coming back into Wellington but it was all good. Definitely recommend and will definitely use again.
