Words cannot express my disappointment with this garbage airline. Thank Jesus they’re canceled outta MKG. What a literal nightmare. If you’re considering flying them? Do yourself a favor: don’t. Not even trying to be nice. They are literally the worst, most unreliable airline operating in the Americas.

Garbage airline, dealt with these inept people 2 times due to lack of other choices, one they were late and caused disruptions in planning, no big deal, another current experience, less than 24 hours from departure they cancelled the flight, changed it to a shuttle bus, and didn't feel the need to compensate the difference of time and travel modality. Customer service is not their priority. A 45 min flight turned into a 3.5 hour drive. Stay away if you have the choice.
