My flight with United was delayed because of an overhead compartment that wouldn’t shut. Southern Sky was called to fix it. The technician came and duct taped the compartment shut. Because I was sitting in a window seat I could see him coming in and out of the service van. He walked slowly, showing zero urgency. Because of the slowness of his service, we were delayed further and I missed my connecting flight. Maybe just maybe if you’re coming to repair something on a flight full of people, consider moving quickly and realize that all these people have places to be. You’re basically emergency services for planes. So act with urgency.

Had a great experience in ECP. The desk and ramp staff were very friendly and helpful. I fly down 4 or 5 times a year and will definitely be back.

We would like to convey our satisfaction for the trip we took this past week. From the arranging of the flight with Allie, the pilots of our flight, Chris and Sarah. Everyone was polite, courteous and there to meet our every need. Allie answered our many questions immediately arranging the entire trip. Chris and Sarah made us feel welcome and comfortable on the flight and in the airport. They all went the extra mile. We would recommend Southern Sky Aviation to anyone that would like to have a wonderful trip!

Pilot, who is the CEO, was one of the most condescending and rude people I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to aviation. Will never do business with this company again due to the arrogance he displayed towards his passengers during our trip. We were all kind of shocked at the treatment. The customer service experience beforehand with making arrangements was sloppy, disorganized, and generally a frustrating experience. You’re better off sitting on the back row of a Southwest flight than using Southern Skies.

B.A. for the record I have a job , I find it very unprofessional for a person that is in a leadership role as yourself to spout comments out of your truck as if you were “doing a drive by “ as you raced by me. I guess that’s what one would expect from a department store security guard. I reluctantly rated Southern Sky a 5 because your poor decisions shouldn’t reflect on the people that are trying to make a living at that MRO.
