I had a very disappointing experience with VRL Logistics. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with the team, as calls were not answered consistently. When I did manage to connect, I was redirected to other contact numbers, which made the process unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. Additionally, the communication from the staff was not up to the expected standard of customer service. A more professional, responsive, and customer-friendly approach would greatly improve the overall experience.

Very difficult to get contacted and connect for the services. I had my parcel which I had to collect. It took 2 days to contact and get connected. But when connected they are really good at helping and informing. B

Good - Vehicle was packed well and since it’s a well know. Company you can trust their services compared to the counter parts. Bad - My vehicle side stand was damaged beyond repaired and I had to replace it!!! It is always “At owners risk” so nothing can be done if something is damaged your fate. Just repair at your own cost .

Very responsive and we just have to keep in mind the people working there handle 100 s of parcels every days and it is important to take LR number and I'd proofs .
