Positive review!! Helicopter Flight out from Penzance to St Mary’s was delightful. Return a week later was not possible due to low cloud, but I was most impressed at the speed and efficiency of the alternative plan. Jet boat was arranged, quick transfer to quay and boarding. 1 hour 45 minutes of exhilarating ride later we were in Penzance. Congrats to Starspeed for facilitating this. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The Business Model: 1) take money for helicopter flight Penzance to Isles of Scilly 2) have no intention of operating that flight 3) cancel non-existant ‘flight’ a few hours beforehand (no time to react) 4) refuse to refund huge price difference between helicopter and ferry ‘because we got you there’ 5) walk away with the profit 6)’CEO’ Dr Simon will be very happy with your money 7) This is a fraudulent operation so just use the fixed wing or the ferry (at the normal price) to the Isles of Scilly. Those are true facts - do your research and DONT book Starspeed! 🥴

Felt compelled to leave a review as I had such a good experience with Starspeed! Very professional set up all the I's dotted and, T's crossed but with a friendly and warm atmosphere. A very good service going above and beyond even optimising my CV and helping me to find employment. Highly recommended!
